Platform Guide

This guide walks through every part of the Aira platform, from creating your first project to managing sprints with AI agents.

Getting started flow

Here's the typical path from sign-up to a running project:

  1. Sign up — Create an account at app.aira.pro. Email/password or passkey authentication.

  2. Create a project — Give it a name, description, and vision statement. The vision guides Aira's understanding of what you're building.

  3. Add sources — Upload documents, paste text, or connect a GitHub repository. Sources are the raw material Aira analyzes. See Onboarding.

  4. Insights appear — Aira extracts structured knowledge atoms from your sources: claims, decisions, requirements, risks, unknowns, action items, and domain signals. Review and dismiss as needed. See Insights.

  5. Generate features — Aira synthesizes insights into a feature roadmap with prioritization, effort estimates, and a Gantt-style timeline. See Roadmap & Features.

  6. Plan sprints — Select features and let Aira break them into tasks, estimate effort, and suggest assignments based on team capacity. See Sprints & Tasks.

  7. Manage your team — Add human team members with roles and capacity. Optionally add AI agents that work alongside humans. See Team and AI Agents.

  8. Chat with Aira — Ask questions, create tasks, generate reports, or get risk assessments through natural language. See Assistant.
